I bought this triad of stories for my Kindle after reading Guyot's "What a Wonderful World." I was so impressed by Guyot's chilling writing and brilliant turn of a word, that I knew I had to read more. "3 Stories Down" did not disappoint. While all 3 pieces were an incredible read, "The Law and the Order" was my favorite. The first 2 sentences were perhaps the most hilarious and ingenious I have ever read! I would write them here, but that wouldn't be fair to Guyot. You MUST purchase this collection and see for yourselves. Trust me. You will be glad that you did.I am thrilled to have discovered this amazing writer and hope that he will continue to produce more quality writing for the world..and me...to enjoy. He is a breath of fresh air in a genre that has not had a new voice in quite some time. Paul Guyot is just the author the literary world has been craving. Well done, Mr. Guyot. I look forward to purchasing and devouring more or your work in the near future!

I was aware of Paul Guyot through his television work on such shows as Felicity, Judging Amy and, of course, Leverage. I was not aware what a great writer of prose he is. This collection of three excellent novellas strikes just the right balance between hardboiled grit, intelligent mystery and humor and all of it without any apparent effort.
I grinned nearly all the way through this book and, thinking about it now, I find myself grinning again.
If you like good clean fun with your crime fiction, look no further. This is the goods. Now I just have to carve out some time to read the rest of his work.
